According to Bo Evans, the thing that sets their real estate school apart from other schools is dedication to their students and Bo’s use of true life stories about real estate. Besides this, their dedication to the real estate profession, their real life experience over the past thirty years, their casual teaching style and environment are big differentiating factors over other schools.

  • Offers online and virtual courses.
  • Good response times.

Cons

  • This real estate school has only been around since 2016 making it relatively new compared to others.
  • The school’s website offers very little information as to what’s included in the courses.
  • Website is not very user friendly and frustrating.

Conclusion And Verdict

In order to complete our Bo Evans School of Real Estate review and come up with a final verdict, let’s summarize what we have found in our research.

It’s great that this real estate school offers courses in many different formats such as online and live via zoom. This makes it so much easier for those with busy schedules to get their real estate license.

We also love that Bo responds to messages very quickly meaning support will be there should you have issues.

Although Bo Evans has been in the real state field for nearly 30 years, the school itself is rather new in comparison to some of the more popular real estate schools in Alabama.

The fact that this Alabama real estate school has taught close to 500 students is an amazing stat but with their pass rates of only 55%, we wonder why more are not passing the state exam.

We did not like the functionality of the school’s website. It’s very limited on the information it provides not only about the school, but also about the course offerings.

The website needs to be updated and a more modern user friendly website developed.

The worst thing about this real estate school is that the pricing for their pre-licensing course is almost double that of other real estate schools. You can get educated to become a real estate agent in Alabama for under $300. In fact, at The CE Shop, you can get your pre-license education as low as $209!

Overall, we like that Bo Evans is part of this organization but we cannot fully recommend it at this time.

Should we see improvements in the way the Bo Evans School of Real Estate operates, our overall verdict could change. We will update this Bo Evans School of Real Estate review if that ever happens.
